Vedic Chanting
The ancient teachings from the Vedic era have been passed on orally from teacher to student for the past 5000 years, at least. Chanting was, and continues to be, used as a way of remembering the teachings, honouring them and harnessing the power of sound, which has many health benefits.
The Viniyoga tradition carries on this ancient practice and chanting can be used in group classes, personal practices, Yoga Therapy or taught as a stand alone practice. Vedic chanting combines the power of your own personal, unique sound and the specific vibration of the chant itself, and when practised regularly can bring many health benefits. For example, improving:

~ self confidence ~ listening ~ meditative/spiritual connection
